Styling an Outdoor Research shoot over the span of 3 days. Below are some BTS pictures. Here is how I planned and prepared for this photo shoot in varies locations around Seattle. Styling an outdoor photo shoot for the span of three days requires some careful planning and preparation. Here was my process and small details.

1)Create/ Style cohesive looks per location. In this case that was Golden Gardens, Seward Park, and I remember what monster hike this was but I likely will never do it on my own.

2) Plan out outfits that match each other and are consistent with the theme of the shoot. For example, earthy and natural tones for a hike or beachy and bright outfits for the beach.

3) Prepping the talent to bring extra’s like sunglasses, sandals, change of underwear (boys get in water).

4) I considered the logistics of each location when styling. For Golden Gardens Park, I was aware of sand and brought baby wipes to wipe their feet.
